VISION STATEMENT
Kingdom Restoration Centre vision is to bring restoration and transformation to people throughout the world who are in despair and broken; by spreading the love of Christ through preaching and teaching the Word of God, and providing the necessary means to empower the total person to live a more fulfilled and prosperous life.

Senior Pastor
Pastor Richard Baldwin is the founder and senior pastor of Kingdom Restoration Centre, Inc. which was established on October 1, 2017. He has committed his life explicitly to honoring God and helping people. He also received his ministerial license from Aenon Bible College, Inc. of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc; and studied at Liberty University. He was consecrated and ordained in 2018; he is devoted to preaching, and teaching the Word of God with power, passion, and authority. Pastor Baldwin is fanatical about seeing God's people being restored in every facet of their lives. He is tremendously in love with his wife of over 18 years; Lady Talitha Baldwin and they have four beautiful children.
Lady Talitha Baldwin
First Lady
Lady Talitha Baldwin is the wife of Senior Pastor Richard Baldwin of Kingdom Restoration Centre Inc, where she serves as the First Lady of the organization. Lady Talitha Baldwin is the beloved Mother of four beautiful children.
Lady Talitha loves to encourage and motivate the women and people of God. She is chosen by God to bring healing and restoration to the people of God. She is the overseer of Kingdom Ladies ministries, which focus on empowering women spiritually, mentally, and physically.
More than just a title, Lady Talitha is a strong advocate for education. She is a devoted Elementary Teacher, having received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s degree in Special Education. Lastly, she is pursuing many more endeavors to enhance her life and the lives of others.

RESTORED PRISON MINISTRY
Restored Prison Ministry vision is to give Hope in Jesus to men and women who’s incarcerated; Furthermore, to help provide housing, education and jobs, upon release from prison in order to become productive members of society.
